On August 7, 2020, at approximately 10:33 pm, State Police arrested Brian Edwards, 63, of Niagara Falls, NY, for DWI following a traffic stop on Lewiston Rd in the Town of Lewiston.
Troopers stopped the vehicle that Edwards was operating pursuant to a Vehicle and Traffic Law violation. Subsequent to Field Sobriety Testing, Edwards was taken into custody for DWI. He was transport to SP Niagara for processing where he refused a breath test. Edwards was issued appearance tickets returnable in the Town of Lewiston Court.
