On August 5th, 2020, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Ahmed Alqadhi, 41, of Lackawanna, for Criminal Mischief 4th Degree. The Troopers responded to I-86 in Jamestown for a report of a road rage incident. Investigation revealed that the driver of the suspect vehicle, later identified as Alqadhi, threw a water bottle at the complainant’s vehicle as he was passing, causing damage and fled the scene. The Troopers located the suspect vehicle soon after the complainant reported the incident to 911 and Alqadhi was placed under arrest. Alqadhi was transported to SP Jamestown where he was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Alqadhi is scheduled to appear in the town of Ellicott Court on a later date.
