PRESS RELEASE
On July 31, 2020, SP Clarence Troopers arrested Kimberly B. Payton, 54, of Tonawanda, NY for Petit Larceny.
Payton was monitored by the Eastern Hills Mall, JCPenney loss prevention personnel conceal items in a reusable shopping bag and exit the store without paying for $435.00 in merchandise. Payton was arrested for Petit Larceny and transported to SP Clarence for processing.
Payton was released with an appearance ticket for the town of Clarence court for future arraignment.
