On July 4th, 2020, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Joseph Jones, 54, of Irving, for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs.
The Troopers responded to Waterboro Hill Road in Kennedy for a report of a subject parked on the roadway, passed out behind the wheel. The Troopers located Jones in the driver’s seat and unconscious. Jones was placed under arrest after failing several SFSTs and transported to UPMC Hospital in Jamestown where he provided a blood sample. Jones was then transported to the State Police barracks where he was processed and issued tickets. Jones is scheduled to appear in the town of Poland Court later in the month.
