On July 5, 2020, SP Clarence Troopers arrested Joshua C. Miller, 26, of Tonawanda, NY for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th .
Miller was operating a 2010 Nissan Altima on I-290 in the town of Tonawanda when he was stopped for speeding. Further investigation revealed Miller was in possession of crack cocaine. Miller was transported to SP Clarence for processing and released with appearance tickets for the town of Tonawanda court for future arraignment.
