On April 21st, 2019, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Tyler Simon, 22, of Ashville, for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
Simon was pulled over on I-86 in Randolph for a traffic violation and while speaking to Simon, the Troopers smelled marijuana emanating from inside the vehicle. A search of Simon and his vehicle revealed a bag containing three grams of marijuana. Simon was issued an appearance ticket and a traffic ticket and is scheduled to appear in the town of Randolph Court next month.
