Nancy Rae Lyons of Lockport, NY passed away on Sunday December 30, 2018 at home after a long battle with ovarian cancer. Born on January 27, 1933 in Lockport, she was the daughter of Leon S. and Leonora Bush Hotchkin. After graduation, she was employed at Packaging Corp.in Lockport, Pacific Te. And Tel. in Napa, CA and New York Telephone Co.in Lockport, as a service representative. Nancy was also employed at Zip Industrial Products a division of Pivot Punch Corp. for 12 years and worked as a tax preparer at the Dale Association for many years. Nancy was a member of All Saints Parish, The Dale Association and past-president of the American Legion Auxiliary.
Nancy is survived by her daughters, Kathleen (Alan) Giles and Kelly (Carl) Dolan Reggentine; three grandsons, Matthew (Candi) Giles, Timothy (Kyla) Giles and Robert (Casey) Giles; three great grandchildren, Noah, Lily and Riley Giles; two sisters, Caralyn Welsh and Sylvia McGuire. She is predeceased by husbands, James H. Dolan and John M. Lyons and her sister, Doris Saunders. Nancy was close to John’s children, John (Kelly) Lyons, Robert (Sandy) Lyons, Mary Kay (James) Musto, Thomas (Rose) Lyons and their children.
Friends may call on Wednesday 5:00 – 8:00 PM at LANGE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 186 East Ave. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 10:00 AM in All Saints Parish, 76 Church St. Interment in Cold Springs Cemetery.
