Catholic Health Program: Heart-to-Heart: Preventing and Treating Heart Disease

It’s estimated that over 600,000 Americans die from heart disease each year. Coronary artery disease, heart attack, congestive heart failure, arrhythmia, and congenital heart disease are all common forms of heart disease. Do you know if you are at risk, and what you can do to take charge of your heart health?

Catholic Health is sponsoring a community dinner program entitled, “Heart-to-Heart: Preventing and Treating Heart Disease”on Thursday, August 30, 2018 from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. at the Como Restaurant, 2220 Pine Avenue, Niagara Falls. Registration begins at 5:00 p.m.

Join interventional cardiologist, Eram Chaudhry, MD, for an informative look at heart disease. She’ll explain what symptoms you should look for, share the latest information on treatments, and discuss the best methods for prevention. There will also be time to get your questions answered.

“Heart-to-Heart: Preventing and Treating Heart Disease” is open to the public. Catholic Health invites area residents to attend one free dinner program each year.
