The daily newsletter, which is delivered each day around 7 a.m., contains the first paragraph or so of each story posted in the previous 24 hours — since the last newsletter came out. This includes all the obituaries and other stories that we don’t post to our Facebook page (We publish an average of 20-25 items each day. About half those make it to Facebook.)
As of today, we’ve changed the service that handles our daily newsletter, which will allow us to better customize the newsletter when needed. Those of you who had already subscribed to our old newletter should be getting an email asking you to confirm that you want to continue getting the daily updates. Please say yes. To those of you who haven’t subscribed already, please do so below. Oh, and you might want to check your spam folder for the confirmation email from news@allwnynews.com.
We promise not to spam you or send you things you don’t want (unless you don’t want the news, of course … in which case we suggest you not subscribe). We just want to make sure you don’t miss anything you DO want to read.
