ELLERY — A 28-year-old Jamestown woman was charged Saturday with endangering the welfare of a child, criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation and second-degree harassment, after police received a report she assaulted children.

According to New York State Police, Brittany Love, “for an unknown reason, entered a camper on the property, grabbed a subject by the neck and choked the subject for a period of time. Love then struck the subject, then struck and scratched another subject.” Both subjects were under 17 years of age.

Love was placed under arrest, transported to SP Jamestown and processed before being arraigned in Town of Ellery Court and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail. She is scheduled to reappear in the Town of Ellery Court on a later date to answer the charges.
